Founder and Music Director of Camerata Tchaikovsky Yuri Zhislin is joined by his wife, winner of multiple international competitions, violinist Natalia Lomeiko and Medtner specialist, pianist Alexander Karpeyev. The programme, which includes Medtner’s best-known violin sonata, culminates with Brahms' beloved Horn Trio, in an arrangement for violin, viola and piano. Conway Hall was purpose-built in 1929 to host concerts and lectures, and they have continued here until the present day. The ethos of “affordable classical music for all” still remains.
