Un Soir de Neige: A Night of Snow

Music for Advent and dedications to the Virgin Mary are intertwined with intimate, festive lullabies of Byrd alongside Poulenc's secular Un Soir de Neige. We move to the penitential world of Tudor Christmas music contrasting with the stunningly passionate Italian madrigals of Monteverdi drawn together by Rowarth’s new work, A Night of Snow.
