This lead to a series of concerts in some of the world's most prestigious halls including Teatro alla Scala in Milan and Herculessaal in Munich. Ivanov frequently performs some of the more rarely performed works in repertoire. In 2024 he performed Busoni's Mammoth piano concerto, followed by his performances of the complete cycles of Preludes and Fugues by Shostakovich in 2025.
