This impressive choir always produce brilliant performances, and tonight’s will be no exception as they tackle Rachmaninov’s Vespers, a remarkable work for unaccompanied choir of almost symphonic proportions. The evocative chant-link melodies and legendary low bass writing are bound to be all the more atmospheric in the beautiful surroundings of a candlelit St Martin’s. This concert will last approximately one hour without an interval. A combined ticket offer is available for this concert and the earlier concert at St Martin's.
