Add to my Calendar 08-10-2017 14:00 08-10-2017 16:00 36 Come & Sing: Messiah Choruses with Robert Porter In the second of the three come-and-sing events in the Brandenburg Choral Festival’s Autumn Series, Artistic Director Robert Porter leads an afternoon of workshops exploring the rousing choruses from Handel’s Messiah, with organ accompaniment provided by Rupert Jeffcoat. Bob will lead several warm-ups and exercises designed to improve your choral singing skills before undertaking a whistle-stop tour of the highlights for chorus in Handel’s wonderful oratorio, culminating in an informal performance at 7pm. This event will be a useful afternoon for any choral singers keen to join in the Brandenburg Festival Chorus’s performance of the Messiah on Saturday 14th October — in an arrangement for Chorus and Brass Band!
