Matthew Altham conducts this long-established and acclaimed chamber choir in a beautiful Renaissance programme on the theme of mercy. Allegri's atmospheric Miserere is the climax, with the rest of the programme exploring works by his English, French and Spanish contemporaries. This promises to be a thought-provoking evening in the beautiful candlelit surroundings of St Martin's. This concert will last approximately one hour without an interval.
